The Instructional Specialist can be based out of any U.S. city that is home to a major airport hub, as the travel schedule of 50% or more will be required.
Responsibilities
Lead working sessions and provide implementation support of our proprietary systems. Develop complex implementation project plans with large school districts. Evaluate and deliver findings of implementations as well as follow up regarding on-going utilization of our proprietary curriculum. Establish the trust and rapport necessary to increase penetration within each client Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about student engagement and achievement Support content development by providing feedback from the field that can lead to improvement of instructional programs, models and schedules. Assist in the development of webinars and video delivery services through their findings as a result of the data analysis. Review materials that have been developed by the internal team to ensure they are in line with industry standards and best practices. Provide sales and marketing support.
Instruct and advise the sales team and assist them in working with prospective clients. Provide on-going evaluation studies and client reports that include data collected from client-site work to support the company's research efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a Teaching License within a specific content area (Literacy, Math, Science). Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Curriculum Development, Instruction or Educational Leadership. Prior work experience with an extensive travel schedule is a must.
Experience with creating, organizing and delivering professional development for adults across a number of different mediums and across methodolgies Data-analysis expertise including student achievement, school district performance and educational engagement levels. Project management skills across multiple concurrent projects with a preference given to those with direct implementation experience.
